Ricardo Gil
Partner, General Manager Axialent Latin America, Executive Coaching Practice Co-Leader


With more than 20 years in global corporations, Ricardo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and corporate life. Before joining Axialent as President of LAS Operations and Founding Partner, Ricardo worked for seven years in EDS, a global IT services enterprise. As a Senior Vice-president for HR in Latin America, he led a cultural transformation effort for the top leaders, personally coaching and mentoring the senior executives of the region in leadership challenges issues. The resulting Revenue and Total Contract Value growth was outstanding and EDS Latin America became an icon of growth within overall EDS.

Ricardo came to Axialent bringing his profound practical knowledge of Metamanagement philosophy related to coaching, teaching and facilitation. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from University of Buenos Aires, and attended IDEA’s Executive Business Program.

Ricardo is an intense sportsman. He loves to run and has participated in several international marathons, holding a 3 05’12" mark in the 26.2 miles. Ricardo has climbed Aconcagua, treks in the wilderness, and runs adventure races and eco challenges in teams, where he experiences team-work at its most critical conditions. He is a role model on how to integrate the physical, the cognitive and the spiritual realms into a successful and balanced life.
He lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with his wife and four children.
