One of our most important challenges is bringing the right people on board; people who have the analytical framework to work on concrete business issues, but who also have a profound interest in the human dimension of enterprises. We seek individuals that combine conviction, curiosity, creativity, humility and a passion for learning.

We are currently hiring consultants to work in US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region with the following profile:

• A passion for personal evolution and for supporting others along the path of
material and spiritual prosperity. Ability to integrate the polarity between business
   (material) and personal (spiritual) development.
• Experience in delivering education and consulting services to managers and senior
executives in organizations as a result of at least five years of concrete work
experience as a teacher, coach, consultant, workshop leader or team facilitator.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions.
• Ability to effectively influence at senior management to CEO level.
• At least two years of a personal process in physical, cognitive, emotional, moral,
interpersonal and spiritual development. Including a regular meditation practice
   and physical exercises.
• A degree in a "hard" discipline such as science, engineering, finance, economics,
business, law, etc. Studies in a "soft" discipline such as philosophy, psychology,
anthropology, religious studies, organizational studies, literature, history,
   sociology, political science, etc.
• Working knowledge of the Integral Philosophy of Ken Wilber and the Organizational
   Learning approach of Peter Senge
• Desire to take personal responsibility for the relationship with clients, being ready
to travel frequently to establish close ties.
• Excel in oral communication, with the ability to immediately empathize with
   counterpart.
• Be a charismatic and dynamic person, able to integrate smoothly into the existing
management team and to establish his or her credibility and leadership.

Please, answer the following questions
1. What do you understand by the concept “Human Dimension of Business”?

2. Please comment (in a maximum of 20 lines) on the following paragraph:
"There is a fundamental difference between success and integrity. Success is to accomplish our goal, to beat the opposite team. Integrity is to play fair, to behave with dignity, to put our heart and soul in our efforts, and to conduct ourselves according to our highest moral standards. There is no way to ensure success; it depends on a multitude of factors that are outside of our control – such as the strength of the forces opposing us. What we CAN ensure is our integrity; it depends only on our (controllable) behavior. Aligning our actions with our values is all that is required".

3. What are you passionate about? How does that relate to your desire of working at Axialent?
