Andrew Cohn


Andrew Cohn works globally as a consultant, facilitator, coach/counselor and problem-solver for businesses and individuals. Andrew’s work improves his clients’ business results and culture and enhances individual performance and satisfaction. Andrew brings clarity, resolution and alignment to business leaders and their teams. He helps focus leaders at all levels on what matters most and how to effectively act on it.

Prominent clients have included Johnson & Johnson, Vanguard, Deloitte, Microsoft, Viacom, Hershey, BASF, KPMG, Fulton Bank, Edward Jones, Guy Carpenter and Cisco. He has also taught leadership, ethics, conflict resolution and mindfulness at the MBA and undergraduate levels. Andrew also coaches MBA students at the Wharton School in Philadelphia as well as executives in Wharton’s Advanced Management Programs.

Andrew practiced law for seven years prior to founding his own organizational consulting firm. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Loyola Law School, a Master of Arts in applied/spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations (emphasis on international business and economics) from Boston University. He also practices and teaches Aikido.

Andrew lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
