As an international consultant, Celeste has been involved in the coordination, design and delivery of leadership change management interventions, organizational capabilities development, and human resources strategy consulting over a wide array of markets worldwide such as oil and gas, banking and insurance, telecom, pharma, food and beverage, etc. She is the chairperson of IAF (International Association of Facilitators) for Portuguese-speaking countries and is part of the MindTime Foundation. She lectures at Porto Business School and Autónoma University in Lisbon, Portugal. She partners with other consulting organizations as an associate and/or program coordinator, facilitator or coach within the scope of international interventions.

Celeste has credentials in facilitation techniques, advanced executive programs from INSEAD, HEC and LBS as well as certifications in leadership and people management programs such as Change Management and Leadership, Disruptive Ideas and Reboot, DDI Facilitation Certification and Profile Assessment Tools. She developed her career over 20 years as a human resources executive in multinational companies such as Pfizer, Allianz, Danone and Ford Electronics Division and led major strategic human resources programs within Europe.

Celeste lives in the Lisbon area “on the other side of the river” and enjoys being with family and friends, having a good meal and drinking Portuguese red wine. She has two sons, aged 19 and 27, and a lovely black cat named Eva. The sun, the sea and music are her inspiration.
