With a background in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and +15 years of experience, Dolores is a culture diagnostic and culture change expert who has dedicated her career to understanding and transforming organizations. Her work in leadership development has led her to collaborate with global companies across diverse sectors, designing and implementing programs that foster meaningful cultural change. Currently serving as Head of Content and Culture, she focuses on developing new IP and creating sustainable approaches to organizational development and leadership growth.

Dolores also served as Culture & Experience Sr. Manager at Mercado Libre and Head of Learning Experience at Peerforum, where she designed digitally conceived and delivered sustainable development experiences while implementing product success measurement strategies.

Throughout her career in consulting, she conducted +50 organizational culture and team performance diagnostic processes for clients in diverse industries including finance services, telecommunications, retail & consumer goods, pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, software development, and oil & gas. As a certified Organizational Coach by Universidad de San Andrés (ICF ACSTH accredited) and holder of multiple professional certifications including Hogan Assessment, Life Styles Inventory, and Organizational Culture Inventory, she combines analytical rigor with transformational coaching approaches.

Her passion for individual development is reflected in her strong people management approach through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation of readiness sessions. This, combined with her passion for understanding of how people live and work, enables her to work effectively across cultural contexts.

Dolores lives in Buenos Aires and enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking, and travelling. In her spare time, she also likes practicing Pilates and jogging.
