Achim Arnold


Achim has facilitated strategic decision-making processes and delivered global change projects as a manager, executive coach and consultant for 14 years.

He has supported middle to C-level management teams, sales representatives, entrepreneurs and key opinion leaders on their path to developing customer-centric strategies, frameworks and organizations, fostering their potential to consistently innovate across regions, strategic business units and functions. He has led workshops around the world in English, Portuguese and German. Achim has recently completed a multiyear change initiative as a global lead consultant in Brazil. He has worked in the pharmaceutical, agricultural, insurance, automotive and chemical industries as well as for smaller nongovernmental organizations and service providers.

While we approach all of our work with value creation and impact for our clients in mind, Achim’s role as global engagement advisor takes a dedicated angle to this. Based on his background, he is a customer needs ambassador and brings fresh perspectives to initial conversations as well as long-lasting partnerships in order to find points of leverage that enable impact.

Achim holds a graduate degree in business and management focused on marketing, strategy, management and accounting. He holds a postgraduate degree in business management focused on organizational behavior, change management and strategic decision-making. He is certified as a systemic coach and change manager and an accredited holistic counselor.

Achim has contributed his time in the development of a program for Lithuanian teenagers looking to volunteer in care/social professions; being a cultural ambassador during Eastern European Union enlargement; and working at an orphanage. Achim loves the outdoors. His favorite activities are ultra trail running, walking in the English countryside and climbing in the alps. He is a father of a young son and enjoys his family life.
