With more than 15 years of experience, Celina is characterized by her drive, strong analytical skills, and ability to develop and deploy strategic plans. She has experience in strategic business planning, project management and change management.
With a background in business administration, Celina started her career at Citibank, where she spent seven years working as product manager and customer experience manager. During that time, she faced a wide range of challenges, including coordinating and implementing projects meant to create a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, improve customer experience in all touch points, and lead product and process improvement projects with interdisciplinary groups.
After participating in a development program led by Axialent, she was moved by the opportunity to continue her career here and joined Axialent in 2008 as client support manager. During the first years, she led the support team, identifying opportunities of process improvement and deploying a standardized PM methodology. She then worked as business manager for the Latam region, working as a liaison between field activities and the operations team, managing project-related issues with clients including resource allocation, finance and procurement. She also coordinated the PM team to ensure impeccable planning, deployment and execution of projects.
In 2012, and to respond to the new organizational needs, she became the global business manager, working with the leadership team in the processes of restructuring and implementing new business models.
Celina has a degree in business administration from the Catholic University Argentina. She lives in Buenos Aires and has two little boys. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
