Ingrid Astiz


Ingrid has 25 years of experience working in the software development industry and is now working on digital transformations.

She is the author of the book “CREATIVE POWER” and has written articles that appear in books by several other authors and various materials.

She has studied philosophy at Buenos Aires University. She is a certified scrum master (2009) by Scrum Alliance, a Hatha Yoga teacher, and is certified in Management 3.0 and PDA Assessment (similar to DiSC).

She has worked as a developer, functional analyst, project manager, scrum master, product owner, agile coach, trainer, keynote speaker and IT consultant. She gave talks and workshops in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay. She has worked with organizations such as DOW, Grupo Enel, EPM, Sura, Grupo Carvajal, Grupo OSDE, Belcorp, Xstrata Copper, Andreani, Gobierno de la Ciudad de BA, Arcor, Diario La Nación, Banco Galicia and CNP Seguros.

Ingrid’s great passion is the entrepreneurial world. She first worked in two family companies, then 12 years in the IT department of OSDE Group (a leading health company in Argentina), and returned nine years ago to be an entrepreneur. She was a volunteer in different NGOs, a member of the board in INICIA (organization of entrepreneurs), and participated as an entrepreneurial coach for the Buenos Aires government. She currently lives in Barcelona where she takes part in activities for the development of social entrepreneurs.
