Monica is an experienced and eclectic team and executive coach and organizational consultant who integrated a solid business experience with psychological competencies, together with a deep insight around people and team dynamics.
She supports companies in their phases of organizational change and facilitates people development in a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics and transport, mechanical, insurance, etc.
She served as a director of leading companies in the FMCG and as a consultant for multinational groups and entrepreneurs in Europe for about 20 years.
Since 2006, she works with organizations, teams and individuals to support their transition and development.
Being particularly passionate about change, she encourages her clients to embrace it and challenges them to go beyond the conventional approach.
She is a qualified practitioner for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I and Step II, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ B (FIRO® B), Hogan, DoLquest, SEI and VS Six Seconds, Immunity to Change and a Voice Dialogue practitioner. She has been a faculty member in coaching training programs aimed at professional coaches and corporate managers. She is an assessor of executives and managers.
Monica holds a Master of Science degree from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan, Italy, and a Master of Arts degree in occupational psychology from the University La Cattolica of Milan.
She is a certified psychologist. She completed the Program for Executive Development at the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne.
She is an ICF-certified Advanced Executive Coach (PCC) and a Systemic Team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching in London.
She is an adjunct professor at the University La Cattolica of Milan with a Master of Arts degree in economics.
