Patricia is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator who, for 15 years, was an export manager in charge of the development of the South American and Asia-Pacific markets for international perfume, cosmetics, fashion and decoration companies such as LVMH, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne, Pierre Balmain, Caron and Revillon. She was also the vice president in the United States for a French decoration company and was given the mission to set up and develop their subsidiary.

She now has 18 years of experience facilitating multinational groups in Europe. She specializes in behavioral change in collective intelligence, leadership, management and culture change issues. One of her most recent engagements included guiding a global insurance company through a cultural change. The main challenge was to change from a financially focused company to a more customer- and people-focused one. She is also a top executive and senior managers’ coach for global organizations.

Patricia is an entrepreneur and is the co-founder and managing director of Horizon Performance Conseil. Her company’s challenge is, on the one hand, to help organizations consider the human being as the focus of their attention and, on the other hand, to be aware that collective intelligence will often be the key for innovation and sustainable success. She delivers keynote speeches at international business schools on these topics.

She is a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) master practitioner, a certified coach in systemic analysis and modeling techniques, and was trained by Robert Dilts in France, Belgium, and at the University of California. Her creativity led her to co-create the Persona Method (psychological profiles and personal resources). This method is at the crossroads of the Commedia dell’arte, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis and the systemic approach. She is the co-author of a book published by Iste-Wiley: “The Development of Collective Intelligence in Business.”

Some of her recent customers include AXA, PSA, Airbus, Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, Puig, Transocean and LVMH.

Patricia is known for her energy and dynamism in supporting individuals and teams and for her sense of commitment. She strongly believes that the learning process can be fun and light in the approach, with a sustainable impact for people and organizations.
