​Erika Reyes Loubet boasts nearly two decades of experience in strategic and organizational consulting, as well as in leadership and cultural transformation. Her focus lies in aligning team efforts towards achieving strategy through structures and initiatives tailored to the organization’s purpose.

With a background in Industrial Engineering from Tec de Monterrey and a Master’s in Education, she has specialized in leadership, coaching, and specific interventions, applying her expertise to developing competencies in teams across various companies.​

From her early days in Quality Management Systems implementation, Erika has honed her skills in strategic execution and alignment with human capital. She has contributed to opening new markets for consulting firms, including her own, leading intervention programs with large and medium-sized corporate clients. Additionally, she founded and developed Groware Consulting, a boutique firm offering comprehensive solutions for sustainable growth of SMEs, focusing on corporate governance frameworks, process optimization, and digital transformation.​

As a lecturer at ITESM and Tec Milenio, Erika enjoys her time in the classroom, teaching subjects like Mathematics with creativity and passion, fostering logical and creative development in problem-solving. She believes in shared learning and direct engagement with people to achieve meaningful changes in organizations.​

Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Erika resides with her two children, her most cherished life projects. Passionate about outdoor exercise, she finds in road cycling and running a way to build motivation, strength, and resilience, both mentally and physically. Moreover, she finds solace in painting and drawing, where she can explore less linear and structured thoughts.

Edvard is a consultant with more than 35 years of experience in projects of strategic alignment and change management. He is a professor of human resources in Master of Business Administration and Graduate courses in the areas of leadership and people management as well as in team development at FIA USP, and power and influence at FDC. He was a professor of leadership at São Paulo Business School.

He is a specialist in cultural transformation, building leadership development processes, including executive coaching, tailor-made solutions in programs of training and preparation of leaders, deepening self-awareness and work environment awareness.

Edvard has worked in the human resources area for more than 20 years. He worked in companies such as TRW do Brasil, Saab Scania do Brasil, Brosol – Bromberg e Solex, Corporação Bonfiglioli, Grupo Bompreço and Editora Abril.

He is a psychologist, specialized in human resources administration by FGV/SP and post-graduated in business administration. Edvard holds credits from the Masters of Science in Management by the California American University. He has studied leading organizational change at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Pia brings over 15 years of experience leading global leadership and cultural transformation programs. As a strong advocate of Conscious Business, she actively promotes and lives these principles every day. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with awards in 2008 and 2012 for delivering outstanding experiences to her clients at Axialent.

Her journey has taken her across Northern Africa, Latin America, and Scandinavia, helping her gain a deep understanding of different cultures and ability to adapt to new environments. Pia is a multilingual consultant with a keen understanding of cultural dynamics, allowing her to engage effectively across different cultures. Her approach emphasizes on empathy and respect, fostering collaborative environments that drive results. With a strong ability to anticipate and address organizational needs, she consistently delivers value-driven outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

Pia has worked in areas like Diagnostics, where she specialized in quantitative and qualitative research and assessment tools. In 2013, she moved into client-facing roles, working with European and global accounts across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, government and non-profit organizations. Her key strengths include strategic planning, instructional design, and leading cultural change processes.

She holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Stockholm University. Pia is also certified in Adaptive Mindset for Agility® from The Social Intelligence Company, and Life Styles Inventory from Human Synergistics.

Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Pia enjoys practicing Pilates and Tai Chi in her spare time, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.

Ekin runs programs to take leaders and teams to the next performance level. Her expertise includes leadership vevelopment, high performing teams and culture transformation with a systemic focus (Systems Theory). She is a certified coach by Axialent, and Conscious Business Center by Fred Kofman.

Her election to often navigate outside of her comfort zone has been an accelerator for growth throughout her life journey. Her clients include multinationals from the financial, social media, airline, and consumer goods industries.

Her 20+ years professional career also includes managerial roles for big brands such as Telefonica, Kellogg, and Ernst & Young in diverse countries. She has a unique set of skills that combines technical, business and human systems skills: She is an industrial engineer, with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and a masters degree in systemic family therapy.

She is multicultural and multilingual. Currently, she lives in Mexico City with her family.

Alejandra holds a degree in educational sciences and is a spiritual guide. For 18 years, she served as training and new project director at Santa María Spirituality Center.

After a longstanding career as educator, Alejandra decided to commence the coaching professional practice, combining her charisma and experience as a spiritual guide. From this practice, she leads the design and implementation of leadership and cultural transformation processes in corporate, social, educational and religious organizations. She facilitates awareness, value incarnation, communication, and personal and institutional crisis resolution processes. She also provides guidance and advice in regard to team building and consolidation.

She carried out cultural transformation and leadership development processes in the following companies: Falabella, Sodimac, CMR, Entel (Chile), Mi Banco (Perú), Farmacity, Cetelem, Tafilar (Uruguay), El Tejar, Mercado Libre, Wallmart, BBVA, YPF, Pluspetrol, Cloudgaia, Buenos Aires Ministry of Health, and other companies. She also guided the creation and development of teams and branches in several Latin American countries.

Alejandra is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, actively participates in her community, offers contemplative retreats, and guides people in finding the way to their heart.

Thierry was with Hewitt and Aon Hewitt for more than 26 years. Since 2012, he has been a global senior consultant partnering with Axialent, helping organizations around the world define and align their people, culture and leadership programs with their business strategy.

At Hewitt, he held several senior executive leadership roles such as client and business development European practice leader, CEO of Hewitt France, CEO of the FISI Market Group (France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal), VP Europe marketing and branding, general manager for Mexico, member of the Hewitt Consulting Global Executive Committee as the region managing director for Latin America successively at Hewitt and Aon Hewitt.

With his multicultural experience, he is fluent in Spanish, French and English.

Thierry holds a degree in economic science (Maîtrise de Sciences Economiques, Université Panthéon Assas, Paris II) and a master’s degree in international business trade and tax law (ILERI, Institut Libre d´Etudes de Relations Internationales) as well as an executive Master of Business Administration from Harvard.
