Rogelio Salcedo is a distinguished consultant and Human Resources expert who currently serves as Partner at Axialent Mexico. His extensive experience includes leadership roles in notable consultancies such as OLIVIA, Mercer, Training Lab, The RBL Group, and Alto Partners in Mexico.

Before stepping into the consulting world, Rogelio had a successful career as a Global Human Resources Executive. During this time, he held crucial roles in global leading companies such as PepsiCo, L’Oreal, Santander, CEMEX, Coca-Cola FEMSA, and Mead Johnson Nutrition. Moreover, he held the position of Global CHRO in Grupo AJE, managing 15,000 employees across 24 countries.

Rogelio has dedicated much of his career to the advancement of the Human Resources profession. He stood out as the President of ERIAC Capital Humano A.C. in Monterrey and as a founding member and first President of the Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Recursos Humanos (FEMARH). His commitment led to recognition from GoIntegro, which included him in their ranking of the Top Ten Human Resources Influencers in Mexico.

His impressive academic profile includes a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Diplomas in Administration and Finance, and Personnel Management, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College, and an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez Business School and ESADE. Rogelio also holds a Certificate in Creative Leadership and Facilitation for Innovation from the University at Buffalo State, NY, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Administration at Humboldt International University.

Rogelio has also made his mark in the academic world as a professor of Organizational Behavior in the MBA program at UDLAP Jenkins Graduate School and in the Human Resources Diploma course at Universidad Iberoamericana. He is also a certified Executive Coach by the ICC and the ICF.

A native of Mexico, Rogelio currently resides in Mexico City, contributing to the local industry with his profound experience and dedication.

Edvard is a consultant with more than 35 years of experience in projects of strategic alignment and change management. He is a professor of human resources in Master of Business Administration and Graduate courses in the areas of leadership and people management as well as in team development at FIA USP, and power and influence at FDC. He was a professor of leadership at São Paulo Business School.

He is a specialist in cultural transformation, building leadership development processes, including executive coaching, tailor-made solutions in programs of training and preparation of leaders, deepening self-awareness and work environment awareness.

Edvard has worked in the human resources area for more than 20 years. He worked in companies such as TRW do Brasil, Saab Scania do Brasil, Brosol – Bromberg e Solex, Corporação Bonfiglioli, Grupo Bompreço and Editora Abril.

He is a psychologist, specialized in human resources administration by FGV/SP and post-graduated in business administration. Edvard holds credits from the Masters of Science in Management by the California American University. He has studied leading organizational change at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Frank Dannenhauer is a trusted advisor and caring thought partner and coach for executives. He draws from more than 20 years’ industry experience in senior strategic and operational roles in the technology domain and leading teams in more than 40 countries across the globe. He has a strong track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, namely shifts of strategy, globalization, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and restructuring.

His passion is to help individuals and organisations to connect to their true nature and grow, especially in challenging times.

Frank had a long and successful career with Merck, a leading pharmaceuticals and chemicals group in Germany. He then created his consulting and coaching company in Switzerland, working for clients across industries, for example in automotive, pharmaceuticals and in agile development centres.

Frank holds a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, he holds an executive master’s degree in clinical organisational psychology from INSEAD, France. Today, Frank lives near Frankfurt in Germany.

Sergio has marketing, communication and management background. He has more than 15 years of corporate experience mainly in the financial industry, where he worked in the sales and product areas at Citibank and Banco Galicia.

Upon his certification as an organizational coach, he began a new professional stage providing services to companies and individuals, focused on achieving two main goals: effectiveness and well-being. He has taught training programs in several Latin American countries, with the attendance of leaders of companies listed in Global Fortune 500 such as Shell, Exxon, General Motors, L’Oréal, Zurich, Deustche Bank, Accenture and MetLife, as well as leaders of other well-known international and Latin American companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Price Waterhouse, Techint, Farmacity, Roggio, Telecom, Genesys, Telefé, Bagó, Total, Bunge, Walmart, McDonald’s, Tarjeta Naranja, Gasnor, Banco Supervielle, Banco Galicia, Banco Santander, Día, Mercado Libre, OSDE, Metrovías and Essen, among other companies.

Sergio gives lectures on his areas of expertise for different Latin American audiences. He is currently launching his first book “Somos lo que Conversamos” in different cities.

In his work, Vito focuses on learning, change and organizational effectiveness. He gained much of his business knowledge working hands-on for more than a decade as a manager at Banco Río, Argentina, where he was responsible for the quality and productivity area, commercial operations and e-banking.

Vito holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public accounting from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires and a Master of Business Administration from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales (IAE). He graduated as an organizational coach in Leading Learning Communities (LLC) in Argentina. He also studied language ontology at the Newfield Network in Chile, where he became an ontological coach for personal and organizational change.

Vito’s passion for teaching led him to become an assistant professor of organizational structures at the Economic Science Faculty at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires. Vito works there as an instructor for the Leadership and Organizational Coaching Graduate Course and the Life, Freedom and Consciousness Program. In addition, he develops leadership programs for the University of Salvador.

Vito is currently involved in consulting, coaching and learning programs with companies such as Citibank, Microsoft, Standard Bank and Caja Laboral in Argentina, Chile and Spain.

At Hewitt, he held several senior executive leadership roles such as client and business development European practice leader, CEO of Hewitt France, CEO of the FISI Market Group (France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal), VP Europe marketing and branding, general manager for Mexico, member of the Hewitt Consulting Global Executive Committee as the region managing director for Latin America successively at Hewitt and Aon Hewitt.

Thierry holds a degree in economic science (Maîtrise de Sciences Economiques, Université Panthéon Assas, Paris II) and a master’s degree in international business trade and tax law (ILERI, Institut Libre d´Etudes de Relations Internationales) as well as an executive Master of Business Administration from Harvard.

Timothy (Tim) has developed his professional career through more than 30 years in senior leadership positions, including 10 years as CEO, in the fields of consumer packaged goods, life sciences and management consulting.

Tim is a consultant at Axialent, as well as the managing partner at Efficax, a high-level executive coaching and consulting firm in Los Angeles, California and a senior partner at KC&D, a management-consulting firm focused on strategy and strategy execution. He specializes in providing solutions and coaching to top-level executives in industry-leading companies.

Tim is certified as an executive coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara by ICI, CCL and ICF (ACC). He is an elected director (International Relations) of ICF Brazil.

In his roles as president at Ducoco Alimentos S.A. and business unit head for Medical Nutrition (Brazil at Novartis), Tim led organizational and divisional restructuring and change management. His management experience also includes serving as president of Bacardi-Martini do Brazil Ltda. and as general manager for Budweiser Brazil Ltda./Anheuser-Busch International, for four years each. In addition, Tim held a number of positions in business development, marketing, product management and sales early in his career.

Tim is a professor of leadership development and strategy at Insper and other leading business schools. He serves on the Board of Directors for Hospital Samaritano and ESPM Consult, among others.

With a Bachelor of Science in economics from Lehigh University, Tim also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University.

Tim is married and has two lovely daughters. He is fully dedicated to and extremely proud of this loving and caring family. In his free time, Tim enjoys running, reading, traveling and rooting for his favorite soccer and football teams.
