Franco loves to help clients improve their business performance and global reach through a human and comprehensive approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods to succeed and grow. He flourishes working in dynamic environments with a global perspective, with colleagues of diverse cultures, and he learns from daily challenges and seeks to spread this feeling to colleagues and clients.

Franco holds an undergraduate degree in international affairs, during which he completed an exchange program in Washington, D.C. In 2011, Franco joined Axialent for the first time, managing projects in Brazil, Latin America’s largest market. Franco lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as a child. He enjoys working closely with Brazilian clients and consultants and understands the local culture, challenges and opportunities.

After gaining professional experience in the e-commerce sector in Argentina, Franco felt it was time to deepen his international exposure and take his career to the next level. He moved to the United Kingdom and earned a Master of Science degree in international political economy from the London School of Economics. Franco then worked as an associate consultant for the Western Europe team of a global risk assessment, integrity and business intelligence consulting company. This experience further nurtured his international and multicultural spirit and strengthened his consulting sector knowledge and business acumen.

In 2017, Franco returned to Argentina with the objective of deploying his experience in a global organization. He rejoined Axialent as a project manager, working on cross-regional projects, to help fulfill his vision of building a bridge between business needs and a more human approach with sustainable practices. He currently helps a leading global social media company consolidate its Protagonist and Learner mindsets while improving business results as well as growing the project from a regional Latin America reach to a comprehensive global program.

In his free time, Franco enjoys traveling, playing sports, reading, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
