Barbara has acquired valuable knowledge about leadership and organizational development, culture change management, executive coaching and team building in her involvement of large global programs with major corporations in the financial services, technology and pharmaceutical industry. She is actively involved in the design of leadership and culture change programs tailored to each client’s needs. Barbara previously served as the business manager for North America, providing impeccable coordination and client care to help organizations fulfill their purpose through the development of conscious leaders, aligned teams and cultures of excellence.

Barbara is an executive coach trained by CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and the Axialent Conscious Business coaching methodology.

Barbara worked 10 years in the travel and tourism industry where she developed her project management and event coordination skills. She was in charge of organizing multiple regional events such as designing and promoting the reopening of resorts as well as board of director meetings, product launches and weddings. She also managed large-scale corporate events of 500+ participants. Throughout her professional career, she gained international experience working in countries such as France, Greece, the Bahamas and the Netherlands.

Born in the Netherlands, Barbara now lives in Miami, Florida, with her husband and their dog. In her free time, Barbara enjoys cooking and playing tennis as part of a women’s league.
