Silke Zanker


Silke Zanker is one of our senior experts, supporting clients in creating high-performing cultures, and has vast experience in designing digital learning journeys and interventions.

Over the course of 12 years, she has supported executives in multinationals, such as Nestlé, Bosch Siemens, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Google, and Peugeot Citroen, through workshops, coaching, one-to-one executive consulting, and facilitating high-performing teams programs.

Silke draws from her own leadership experience in multinationals, start-ups, and non-profits, her roles as an associate professor in international business schools, and being a mentor to start-up founders and social impact entrepreneurs.

Silke has an academic background in business, innovation, and leadership, various certifications in coaching, and training, as well as over 20 years of experience in living and teaching meditation and yoga.

Originally from Germany, Silke lived in the United States and Switzerland and currently resides in the Netherlands and the UK.
