Stefaan is the founder of the Global Curiosity Institute where he and his team are supporting professionals, teams and organisations to foster a mindset of curiosity.
 
He started his career in investment consulting in China. From there he moved to set up the executive education arm of a major business school in Shanghai, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), which he ran for 5 years. Subsequently, he moved to the corporate side and set up global learning teams and innovative corporate universities for Nokia (China/Finland), Agfa Healthcare (Belgium), Philips (the Netherlands), Flipkart (India), Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) and Cognizant (UK). His last role was that of Chief Learning Officer for Cognizant, where he overlooked the learning and development for over 300k associates across the globe. He has been globally recognized for his innovative approach to learning, people and technology.
 
Stefaan has a Master’s degree in Economics and in Chinese, together with postgraduate degrees in Marxist Economics from China, Cross-Cultural Management from France and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University. He is a certified ACS and NLP coach. A Belgian national, Stefaan has been married for 25 years to Jeltje Peletier: a successful psychotherapist, coach and yoga teacher. Together they have 4 children: Rik, Femke, Koen and Menko. He practices meditation daily, is a marathon runner and is currently pursuing a masters degree in philosophy.

Tery has held senior executive positions and global leadership roles at several of the world’s premier Human Resources and Talent strategy consulting firms, including Kincentric (a company part of Spencer Stuart), Aon, Hewitt Associates and Willis Towers Watson. She’s a leading expert in the areas of culture, engagement, change management and talent strategy, and has been a trusted advisor to top Fortune 500 companies and some of Latin America’s premier employers.

Tery is a frequent speaker at professional and industry conferences and has published over 40 articles and white papers. She has a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Puerto Rico.  She is certified in change management by PROSCI® and on several leadership and organizational assessment tools, including Barrett Cultural Values Assessment, Hogan Personality Inventory Assessment, and Facet5™ leadership assessments.

Tery is an avid traveller and likes exploring new destinations and cultures.  She lives in South Florida, USA, with her husband and enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors and tending her kitchen garden.

Edvard is a consultant with more than 35 years of experience in projects of strategic alignment and change management. He is a professor of human resources in Master of Business Administration and Graduate courses in the areas of leadership and people management as well as in team development at FIA USP, and power and influence at FDC. He was a professor of leadership at São Paulo Business School.

He is a specialist in cultural transformation, building leadership development processes, including executive coaching, tailor-made solutions in programs of training and preparation of leaders, deepening self-awareness and work environment awareness.

Edvard has worked in the human resources area for more than 20 years. He worked in companies such as TRW do Brasil, Saab Scania do Brasil, Brosol – Bromberg e Solex, Corporação Bonfiglioli, Grupo Bompreço and Editora Abril.

He is a psychologist, specialized in human resources administration by FGV/SP and post-graduated in business administration. Edvard holds credits from the Masters of Science in Management by the California American University. He has studied leading organizational change at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sergio has marketing, communication and management background. He has more than 15 years of corporate experience mainly in the financial industry, where he worked in the sales and product areas at Citibank and Banco Galicia.

Upon his certification as an organizational coach, he began a new professional stage providing services to companies and individuals, focused on achieving two main goals: effectiveness and well-being. He has taught training programs in several Latin American countries, with the attendance of leaders of companies listed in Global Fortune 500 such as Shell, Exxon, General Motors, L’Oréal, Zurich, Deustche Bank, Accenture and MetLife, as well as leaders of other well-known international and Latin American companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Price Waterhouse, Techint, Farmacity, Roggio, Telecom, Genesys, Telefé, Bagó, Total, Bunge, Walmart, McDonald’s, Tarjeta Naranja, Gasnor, Banco Supervielle, Banco Galicia, Banco Santander, Día, Mercado Libre, OSDE, Metrovías and Essen, among other companies.

Sergio gives lectures on his areas of expertise for different Latin American audiences. He is currently launching his first book “Somos lo que Conversamos” in different cities.

With 27 years of experience in management consulting and communications, Georgina (“Gina”) is a consultant, coach, communications specialist, professor and social sciences researcher.

After starting a career in journalism, Gina went on to study organizational development and to work professionally in this area with leaders in different companies and groups, including Mexican universities. In her consulting work, she draws heavily on her dual expertise in communication and organizational development.

In her career, Gina has designed and implemented communication strategies and change processes for different clients. Most recently, she served as associate and director at Integralis Consulting Group, a company dedicated to organizational development.

Gina’s passion is facilitating co-creation processes with groups of leaders and helping them make significant behavior transformations.

Gina has worked for clients including Televisa, Liverpool, Presidencia de la República, Kellogg’s, Prodigy, Industrias Mabe, Gigante, Mexicana de Aviación, Grupo Angeles, Farmacias del Ahorro, Medicall Home and Kostal Mexicana, among others.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in social communication sciences and a master’s degree in investigative journalism, both from the Anáhuac Universtiy. She also received a diploma in innovation in organizational communication and certification in systemic coaching from the Technical Institute of Monterrey (ITESM), and she is certified in systemic family and organizational therapy from the Sowelu Institute.

Gina teaches courses on organizational change and culture, leadership, and consulting at the Technical Institute of Monterrey, Anáhuac University, and the Universidad Autónoma of Querétaro, and she has authored a number of articles on organizational development and critiques of T.V. content. In addition, Gina was the editor of the book “Método Ser +,” which targeted small business leaders’ development in Mexico.

Gina and her husband, Luis, have a 20-year-old daughter who is studying psychology. Gina likes movies, theater, reading and traveling, and she greatly enjoys being with her family.
