Pia combines her extensive experience in management and administration with her passion for conscious business and organizational culture change. Since May 2024, Pia is an Associate Partner at Axialent.

She has lived in several contrasting countries of Northern Africa, Latin America, and Scandinavia. This gave her a vast experience of interacting with people from different cultures, a sense of respect and curiosity for the foreign, and a valuable ability to adapt to new contexts.

She started working in the consulting world in 2008. When she joined Axialent, Pia found a home that embodied both her personal and professional values and offered exciting job opportunities in a truly global environment. In 2008, she was recognized for her Commitment to Excellence and in 2012 she was recognized for Dedication to Clients for her commitment to serving and providing them with the best Axialent experience.

Moreover, Pia has worked in various areas, such as the diagnostic department where she was in charge of managing and providing internal and external clients with a large number of quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools. In 2013, she joined the project management team, specializing in European and global accounts with clients in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail and consumer goods, and government and non-profit organizations.

Her main skills include, among others, strategic and business planning, instructional design and culture change processes. She has a master’s degree in development studies from Uppsala University and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Stockholm University. She is certified in Adaptive Mindset for Agility® from The Social Intelligence Company and Life Styles Inventory and ACUMEN® Leadership WorkStyles from Human Synergistics.

Currently, Pia is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Constanza currently works as client engagement director the region of Argentina.

In her daily work, she combines her extensive experience in management and administration with her new passion as a consultant for organizational culture change and coach.

With more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies and telecommunications technology, she served as a leader in various positions: manager of business analysis, market manager of product, special projects manager and investor relations.

Connie began her career at MetroRED Argentina where she worked for six years in the commercial area and then was transferred to the subsidiary of Mexico. There she devoted herself to the development of business plans for new business, defining and implementing design projects and business models.

Back in Argentina, Connie decided to turn around her career and joined Axialent as business manager in Europe, with the idea of applying her business skills and also develop as a coach and consultant.

She was promoted to CFO the following year. In this role, she joined the company in its process of restructuring and change of leadership. Currently, she is responsible for market development in Argentina where she designed the strategy and sales process in the region, branding and management of P & L.

She has also served as facilitator and consultant on cultural projects with local customers. She has been trained as a coach. Connie has a degree in business administration from the Catholic University Argentina and has a graduate specialization in marketing from the University of San Andrés. She has been recognized as Employee of the Year several times and with the President’s Club Award in recognition of outstanding performance and commitment to the organization.

She was born in Buenos Aires and lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, skating, playing tennis and skiing.
