In her daily work, Pia combines her extensive experience in management and administration with her passion for conscious business and organizational culture change. She has a master’s degree in development studies from Uppsala University and a bachelor’s degree in social science from Stockholm University.

Throughout her upbringing, she lived in various contrasting countries of Northern Africa, Latin America and Scandinavia. This gave her vast experience interacting with people from different cultures, a sense of respect and curiosity for the foreign, and a valuable ability to adapt to new contexts. With her multicultural experience, she is fluent in Spanish, French, English, Swedish and Portuguese.

She began working in the world of management consulting 10 years ago. When joining Axialent, Pia found a home that represented both her personal and professional values and offered exciting opportunities working in a true global environment. She has been recognized in 2008 for her Commitment to Excellence and in 2012 for Client Centricity for her outstanding commitment to serve our clients and provide them with the best Axialent experience.

Pia worked in various areas such as the diagnostics department where she was in charge of administrating and delivering a high volume of quantitative and qualitative assessment tools to internal and external clients. She also worked in the sales and marketing department where she, among others, coordinated the translation of the website and the 10-year company celebration.

In 2013, she joined the project management team, specializing in European and global accounts with clients in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail and consumer goods, and government and nonprofit organizations. Among others, she is skilled in strategic and business planning and culture change processes. In 2017, she became certified in culture analysis by Axialent University; and in January 2018, she was appointed engagement manager.

She is currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In her free time, she enjoys training and dancing as well as spending time with family and friends.
