Ana Isabel (Anabel) has 19 years of experience in the field of human capital consulting. Recently, she has led a team of consultants specialized in providing expert solutions to businesses with operations in the Iberian region, particularly large multinationals, in the fields of total compensation, talent development, leadership, cultural transformation and change management, and employee engagement. She has consulted with companies across multiple industries, including financial services, chemical, life sciences, fast-moving consumer goods and telecommunications.

Alongside her generalist human resources consulting experience, she project managed human resources due diligence and post-merger integration projects for more than 20 corporate transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Axialent, Anabel was director of compensation and talent consulting at Aon Hewitt Spain. She joined the former Hewitt Associates in 2004 after contributing for seven years as a management training consultant at Ernst & Young. An engaging speaker, she has chaired roundtables at Factor Humano Congress in Madrid, the meeting point of reference for the human resources professionals in Spain. Some of her most recent clients include Procter & Gamble, BBVA, Ferrovial, Société Générale, La Caixa and Merck KGaA.

Anabel holds a double degree in law and business economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3), Spain.

Based in Madrid, Spain, Anabel has working experience in Europe, Latin America and China. She was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Besides her work, she is passionate about journaling and paper crafts, and she enjoys baking and cooking for family and friends.
