With more than 40 years of experience as a management consultant first and CEO later in companies like PWC, EY, Tata Consulting Services and Getronics for Iberia and other European countries, Jose joined Altran Technologies in 2006 as CEO for Spain and Portugal. He was a member of the global Excom and mentor of the leaders of other geographies during different periods (US, Sweden, Italy,, Middle East).

When he joined Altran his main objective was to integrate in Spain 20 operating companies, create and develop a high performing management team and boost growth and profitability.

In 2019 when he retired, Atran in Spain was recognized as o leading company in R&D and engineering consulting,

with more than 4,000 engineers, two digits growth year over year since 2008, and best in class profitability.

Last but not least, Altran was awarded in 2012 with the National Award in human resource innovation, delivered by the Queen of Spain.

Jose Ramon is an effective communicator and pragmatic leader of highly educated professionals. From January 2019 he has joined several advisory boards, including non-profit organizations, and is mentoring several young CEO’s .

Jose Ramon holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and has participated in several leadership and executive programs including the Harvard Negotiation Project and Disney Business Model at Disney University.

Based in Madrid, José Ramón is married and father of a boy and a girl. Of his personality stands out his passion for networking and entrepreneurial spirit, and his commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities.

Nelson Granja is an innovator by heart with an intrapreneurial spirit. Nelson has ten years of experience working in the intersection between business, strategy, and technology. His field of expertise is innovation management and he has worked with corporations in Latam, the US, and Europe to design and run innovation capability programs, strategies, and cultural transformation processes to lead disruption. Some of his most recent clients include Procter & Gamble, Walmart, Fox, and Femsa.

With a focus on ambidextrous organizations, he supports organizations to explore innovation opportunities, while keeping their core business running. Before joining Axialent, Nelson worked with startups, private and public organizations.

Nelson holds a master’s degree in Technology and Innovation Management from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, Ecuador.

Nelson was born in Ecuador, and he is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and he is passionate about mountain climbing, hiking, and trail running.

Teryluz has more than 20 years’ experience helping some of the world’s largest companies improve organizational effectiveness and realize the potential of their people through leadership development, culture transformation, talent, engagement and change management strategies.

Tery has held senior executive positions and global leadership roles at several of the world’s premier Human Resources and Talent strategy consulting firms, including Kincentric (a company part of Spencer Stuart), Aon, Hewitt Associates and Willis Towers Watson. She’s a leading expert in the areas of culture, engagement, change management and talent strategy, and has been a trusted advisor to top Fortune 500 companies and some of Latin America’s premier employers.

Tery is a frequent speaker at professional and industry conferences and has published over 40 articles and white papers. She has a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Puerto Rico.  She is certified in change management by PROSCI® and on several leadership and organizational assessment tools, including Barrett Cultural Values Assessment, Hogan Personality Inventory Assessment, and Facet5™ leadership assessments.

Tery is an avid traveller and likes exploring new destinations and cultures.  She lives in South Florida, USA, with her husband and enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors and tending her kitchen garden.

Oseas Ramírez Assad is an entrepreneur and corporate innovation expert. He started his career as a CIO for one of Jalisco’s largest newspapers at age 18. He then worked as a CTO and eventually obtained his degree as a family counselor. This eclectic background set the stage for him to become the founder of one of Mexico’s largest e-learning providers.

Oseas then obtained his MBA, studying in the United States as a Fulbright Scholar. This opened up the opportunity to join Cisco Systems, in the heart of Silicon Valley. While at Cisco, he was in charge of the development of the top 2 percent of senior managers worldwide. While in that position, he led the creation of Startup//Cisco, an internal innovation program that draws from startup innovation best practices — such as Lean Startup and Design Thinking — to help internal Cisco teams accelerate their innovation efforts. Finally, he was in charge of the co-innovation strategy for Cisco’s global network of innovation centers.

Oseas works with Fortune 500 corporate senior leaders to accelerate innovation in their organizations. He also sits on the board of his e-learning company, a boutique venture capital fund and an innovation consulting company.

Oseas has been recently announced as Axialent’s new CEO. He will be guiding the company to explore and develop new channels and to keep helping companies from new markets and industries connect to their purpose and have a positive impact on more people.

Marcela has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree from the University of Buenos Aires. Since she graduated, she gained experience in very different areas of expertise in finance, insurance, retail and taxes. She started developing her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, focused on financial and insurance companies.

She has also worked for the government for almost four years, at Health Ministry and Cabinet of Ministers, in both cases serving in the Management and Planning Department.

In 2009, she joined Axialent as an accounting analyst for both Argentina and Brazil. A few months later, she started to work in a new position as a payroll analyst. Although she gained a lot of experience in this area for nine years, she decided to go for a change and dive into the consulting world, so she took the opportunity to become a project manager and continue learning.

Marcela lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.

Benjamín has largely focused his work on developing marketing and communication strategies for companies seeking to increase market share. He’s also passionate about helping others evolve by assisting them to articulate their challenges.

He has worked for more than 10 years in the advertising and fashion industries in regional and global positions respectively, working with worldwide clients such as Mastercard, Danone, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, among others.

While thriving in the communication and marketing world, he decided to go further and acquire tools that would expand his personal development and also enable him to help others on their journeys.

Benjamín holds an Executive and Personal Coaching master’s degree from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain) a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and communication from Universidad de Palermo (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and is certified by Human Synergistics in Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) (Chicago, Illinois) and in application coaching and Conscious Business teaching by Axialent University.

Benjamín loves nature, animals and outdoor activities. He likes to play football, biking, hiking and exercising. Originally from Argentina, Benjamín has now settled in Spain with his wife.

Márcio is a world citizen passionate about people and teams.

He began working in the engineering field, but soon he focused on the development of suppliers and deals in Europe, Asia and Latin America. At the outset of his professional career, he realized that to develop and grow business efficiently, people and business challenges must be aligned. His strength lies in quickly adapting to the environment to develop solutions that accelerate the organizational change process.

He is a coach, manager, advisor and facilitator in leadership, negotiation and cultural transformation areas, with extensive professional experience in several European, Latin American and Asian countries.

His background in human and organizational development comprises multiple industries and includes clients such as Wal-Mart, Toyota, Audi, Unilever, HSBC, BSH, Vale, Ericsson, Santander and IFF.

He is an environmental processes engineer, graduated from Berlin Technological University, and is trained and certified in Barrett, coaching, shadow coaching, NLP, Gestalt Therapy, mentoring, counseling, management models, meditation techniques and biohacking.

He lived in seven cities in three countries and currently lives in Barcelona, Spain, with his wife and his two children.

Mario has wide professional experience that has helped him develop his analytical and numerical skills as well as his capabilities to coordinate work teams in order to plan and implement business strategies.

More than 10 years ago, he started his career in the manufacturing industry; but after two years, he joined the banking industry managing IT-based process improvement projects. In 2010, he moved to Chile to pursue a more international-oriented career, but it was in Argentina where he finally found a multicultural environment.

When he first started working at Axialent, he was responsible for the expenditure process, but then he gradually became in charge of finance and management. His analytical profile and good relationship with the team helped him to coordinate the financial planning process. Although he left Axialent for a year and worked as a financial manager in a technology consulting firm, highly motivated he went back to Axialent to become a project manager and thus develop his full professional and personal potential.

Mario graduated as an industrial engineer at UCA El Salvador and has a master’s degree in business administration from Universidad de Chile, where he had the opportunity to participate in a student exchange program at HHL University in Leipzig, Germany. There, he not only acquired cultural experience but also learned about the administration of global companies.

Mario lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with his wife and daughter. He highly enjoys going on cultural trips, which arise his curiosity on economic history. In his free time, he likes reading, tasting new dishes, running, mountain biking and spending time with his family on the beach.

 

Rolf has been working for 10 years with Axialent and other international consulting firms, specializing in leadership development for senior executives. Rolf worked with senior leadership teams at several companies across the world including France’s largest insurance company, Brazil’s largest retailer, and one of the largest United States banks. In each case, he helped design and implement culture change programs and acted as a coach to the leadership team. Before that, Rolf worked for four years as a founding partner at Sustainomics, a consulting firm focused on supply management, low-cost country/global sourcing (mainly focused on China) and organizational transformation.

Before this, Rolf was a senior principal with the international consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he worked for 10 years in the New York City office. In this role, he led various projects in strategy, organizational design and the supply chain area. As a leader of the Strategic Sourcing practice, he led various international projects, yielding more than $400 million in annual savings. Rolf also developed a performance measurement tool for A.T. Kearney that linked shareholder value to individual performance indicators. Rolf was also responsible for the training and recruiting of consultants, both at A.T. Kearney and Sustainomics.

Rolf worked in various parts of the world, also doing projects with Andersen Consulting in Germany and Braxton Associates in London.

Rolf has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Finance and a postgraduate diploma in economics from the London School of Economics.

Today, Rolf lives in Munich, Germany. He is married and has two children. Rolf loves to play tennis, and he recently achieved a personal goal, completing the New York City Marathon in less than four hours.

Marisa has been a member of the Axialent community since 2010. She is an experienced project manager who has dealt with a large amount of projects in several regions like Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Both an Argentinian and Swiss citizen, she graduated in science of communication from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a master’s degree in management and commercial administration from Escuela Europea de Administración y Empresa from Madrid, Spain.

Marisa is a team player who likes changes and challenges. She has worked in Argentina and Switzerland in different branches and places ranging from large multinationals to international tribunals. In addition, Marisa has a keen interest in volunteerism and has worked for different nonprofit organizations.

She is fluent in Spanish, English and German and has a good Italian level.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she currently lives in Winterthur, Switzerland, with her family. In her spare time, Marisa enjoys swimming and traveling to new destinations and indulges her love of books, puzzles and movies.

She also has a great interest in history, philosophy and humanitarian affairs.
